The Center of our Cup

In the essence of time, we look towards the stars, which disappear to our view every minute of our life's. Sometimes, whilst I ponder, what is the center of it all? The Core? The Milky Way always seems to fill other people's cup, but only to the edges. How about the center?

*************************

The home in which we live in: I see that experts have declared that the center of the Milky Way is a super massive black hole. Super Massive Black Holes are simply black holes but larger. Much Larger. In fact, the center of the Milky Way is about 26,000 light years away! In fact, it is in the same direction of the Sagittarius, Ophiuchus, and Scorpius zodiac signs!

Now that we've established the common knowledge amongst the people, let's hear some other findings. (Please take all the information given with a small grain of salt.)

G2 started to move closer toward Sagittarius A. Scientist expected the cloud to be demolished by the strong forces of gravity and force (given by Sagittarius A) however, something even more interesting happened. G2 came out without a scratch.

This suggests that Sagittarius is not a black hole, but in fact Dark Matter! Dark matter is incredibly hard to find though, because it doesn’t interact with light. Just like you though, the people researching this were also curious, and so they ran a test. In Quote of Independent.co.uk, “

“…simulated replacing our galaxy’s center with dark matter – specifically a strange elementary particle known as a “darkino” – that would be dense in the middle of the mass, but more diffuse at the edges.

‘Darkinos’, the scientists say, are a type of fermion (particles that cannot share the same quantum state at any time) and as such as limited to how densely they can be packed together. This would allow G2 to survive at the edges, as well as allowing nearby stars to exist and even account for the rotational curve of the Milky Way’s outer halo.”

As you can see, so many things in science are nothing but a hypothesis. Think about it. For example, some scientists think that Black Holes are formed by Dark Matter. There is always something new to learn, and I’m sure that you’ll learn something new today!
