Headaches

Hello everybody! I just found an old article in my notes, so I want you guys to see it!

This essay gives you an overview on headaches and what they are.

Walking calmy out of the shower, holding your phone in one hand, the other pulling a towel over your stomach. As you sit on your bed, a jot of pain crowds your head. Its not the pain from a sore limb, but inside, as if your brain in tired from all of its calculations.

This thought is famillar to most people, and probably you to. After all, 50% of people are shown to have a headache disorder. In this paper I am going to cover what they are, how they are caused, and what goes on in the brain.

The feeling of headache can be a jolt of pain, in any part of the head. A painful sensation can be in any part of the head, and said many times in this paper, can have many causes.

Headaches are normally caused by a wide variety of things, including Anxiety, Glare, Poor Posture, Medications, and much more. Migraines are one of the most common types of headaches, a lot of times needing medications to ease pain and manage it. (Information provided from Tylenol)

In your brain, when you get a headache, its from muscles or blood vessels swelling up, putting pressure on them. This sends pain to the brain, and starts the classic sensation of headache. With Migraines, pain occurs when excited brain cells trigger the terminal.(Provided by Mayo Clinic and more.)

In conclusion, headaches are sometimes annoying, and sometimes painful. They have many different causes and inside your brain can excite brain cells to send you jolts of pain. “Happiness is the moment you relies your headache is gone.” Quoted by Dr. Doug.

It’s nice to see how I’ve changed my writing style.
